Sometimes you've just gotta take a scissors and cut your own hair.
This is what an election party In a pub in London looks like.
We may be in London but...#america !
We voted via absentee ballot. It feels super strange to not be in the U. S. today but it's definitely been eye-Openning to speak with so many English and Scottish people who are anxiously awaiting the results of our Election today. Last night at the pub my Scottish friend Ewan said, "If Trump wins, the rest of the world should get to vote too! He's terrifying." Haha. (Made funnier by his fine Scottish accent.)
A morning walk in beautiful Cairngorms National Park, Highlands Scotland

A brief hail storm just swept through! Crazy Scotland weather!

I voted. via absentee ballot. I am so grateful for this right and to all of the people who fought for the 19th Amendment, which finally gave women the right to vote.
We found our people! You can always find a home in Traditional music. Loving London. #oldtime #boldtime
Got up early to check out the Columbia Road Flower Market which is the most beautiful flower market I've ever seen. Brought our instruments too to give these fine English folks a taste of Appalachian Old Time and good American Country music.
Well, I've been trying to keep a low profile but this is too cool not to share! We're in London for a few weeks and right now we're at Shakespeare's New Globe Theatre about to see Imogene (An adaptation of Cymbeline). Amazing!!!
Our Little warty-nosed jack-o-lantern wishes you a Happy October!
