Dear Friends,

I just bought a new old bike! It’s a three speed and I love it.
Now all I need is a basket for the front so I can ride to the Turnip Truck and bring home my groceries.
This little polka-dot number is one I picked up for 10 Euros in Paris a few years back when I was visiting my cousin Stefanie. With a wide brown belt, my trusty mocs, and my new bike it’s a total winner!
Thanks for reading friends.
Sincerely,
Nora Jane

Dear Friends,

Thanks to all of you who came out to the Big IBMA Showcase in our East Nashville Sweet! Allison Williams and Chance McCoy performed wonderfully and I must say the whole thing is surrounded by a golden fuzzy glow in my memory.
I had the great honor of playing this showcase with:
Brent Truitt on mandolin
Richard Bailey on banjo
Jeremy Darrow on bass
Christian Sedelmyer on fiddle
Special thanks to my parents for letting us take over their room for the evening.
Thanks for reading friends.
Sincerely,
Nora Jane

Dear Friends,

Last week I had the great honor of playing at The Down Home in Johnson City, TN! This music venue is one you must visit if you like acoustic music. I opened up for my dear friend David Mayfield, of Cadillac Sky, and we had a blast. Rachel Hester was good enough to come with us and sing harmony on a few songs.
I wore this 1950’s standard of mine–you’ve seen it before; it is a wonderful dress. David is wearing Texas Thrift, the lumberjack line, and Rachel glows in short sunshine-yellow.
It was a great show. Thanks to all the kind folks at The Down Home for having us.
Thanks for reading friends.
Sincerely,
Nora Jane
